Our more than 25 years of combined experience has taught us that no two projects are alike. But it’s also taught us that by using a tested scientific process, we can solve any moisture and mold problem.

Phase 1: Identification and Analysis
Our process starts with a full inspection of your structure, noting visible problem areas. Where we can’t reach, we use borescopes (tiny, pinpoint cameras) and thermal imaging to get a picture of how moisture is entering your home.
When necessary, we conduct a complete mold and air sampling. Our accredited laboratory identifies the species so we can tackle the problem with the proper protocols.
At the end of Phase 1, you’ll receive a comprehensive report outlining all findings and the scope of our proposed work—accompanied by an accurate cost estimate, of course.

Phase 2: Remediation
Based on our analysis, a unique plan is devised to address your specific needs, including the use of equipment like air scrubbers, negative air machines, and HEPA vacuums—protocols that meet or exceed all industry standards.
Our crews then work to remediate your problem. On time, and on budget.
When necessary, containment areas are custom-built on-site to ensure mold spores do not enter unaffected areas, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

Phase 3: Clearance Testing
When necessary, samples are collected and sent to a certified lab to ensure treated areas have been properly cleaned. We use methods such as tape lifts, bio-aerosol cassettes, or swab lifts to verify your structure as “clean.”
